Standing alone on top of a giant hill that sits at the edge of a small valley, a warrior looks over the battle field. Now littered with the bloody bodies of fallen soldiers, alley and enemy alike, this battle signified the end of the war. The warrior stood, breathing heavily, sword and armor covered in crimson. Some said that the warrior was a hero but there is no glory in slaying people in a war that should have never happened. Another knight walks up the hill, his armor creaking with each step. "Al it's time to go." The knight waited while the warrior took one last look at the battle field. Al reached up and pulled off her helmet. Long blonde hair fell out in waves. Sweat covered her brow and she looked at her friend. She gave a small nod and sheathed the bloody blade back into it's sheath. Her armor cried out in the strain from the rust in it's joints as she moved. She walked up to her black steed and climbed abound it's back. She looked over her small troop, those left alive badly injured. She lead her friend's and fellow knights off the battle field with the promise of home.
Like a Kaleidoscope, nothing in your life is the same. Everything is changing and nothing is ever repeated. In your life you’ll never see the same pattern, even with a routine the pattern won’t be the same. With a different day comes a different pattern and something new. Like a Kaleidoscope everything changes. You never know what new design will show up or what sights will change your view on the world.
From a caterpillar to a butterfly. The process from something small to something beautiful can be messy. Like butterflies, we humans go through a messy transition from a child to an adult. Like a caterpillar, human children are innocent and small. They eat a lot and grow bigger every day. Like a caterpillar children are always moving towards their transition to adulthood. At the end of their caterpillar stage they wrap themselves in a cocoon where things get messy. As teenagers, humans wrap themselves in the comfort of peer approval, of acceptance from others, and conform to society. It's a mess. Teenagers, as cocoons don't exactly know what form they will be in. When a caterpillar is in their cocoon they are literally a goo, not really looking like anything. Like the cocoon teens don't know who they are yet, but once they emerge out of it they will be a beautiful butterfly who loves themselves for who they are.
Time, it’s always in an infinite loop. For example, imagine a clock, and no not one of the digital clocks but an actual clock, with the hands up on 12 a.m. Now imagine the hours passing, the hands reaching and touching each number. Where does it end up? Back at 12. It always ends back at 12 and once it hits midnight the cycle starts all over. Beyond time is infinity. Something that will go on and on till the Earth disappears. Time will continue to dance with the infinite loop and it’s up to you to join the dance or watch from the sidelines.
